Bet Jennings

Bet is a native Houstonian, 5th generation. She developed a penchant for hard work growing up in a farming/ranching family. My parents' philosophy was that real estate was the best overall investment and that advice made its mark on me. 'Bet' was the nickname my Dad and his friends gave me. He'd say, 'You can Bet on her, just give her the ball and let her run.'

She is equally comfortable in the city, the beach at Galveston and the country side west of Houston. Bet's business is in the best neighborhoods of Houston and Galveston. Bet is active in church and community in Galveston as well as the Tanglewood area of Houston. Most owners of second homes and resort property in Galveston are from Houston, so it was a natural transition to help clients in both areas. In Galveston she specializes in the Pirates communities of Laffite's Cove, Pirates Cove, Pirates Beach and Pirates Beach West on the West End. She has developed deep friendships with her clients, their friends and their children. Her business is multi-generational, and she often help parents, grandparents and children of the same family sell and buy homes in the same year. She goes the extra mile to help make the real estate process as smooth as possible.

Bet is consistently a GK Top Producer and named 2022 Real Trends America's Best Real Estate Professionals in Texas. She is an excellent communicator and will always keep her clients informed through email, phone or text. She will guide her clients through the real estate process and make it a positive experience.

Bets interests outside of real estate include gardening (Master Gardener), fishing, hiking, kayaking, biking, and long walks on the beach. She is married and has a son and daughter and happily flies the flags of all their universities at her Galveston home, UT, Texas A&M and the University of Houston.
