Ava lives in Tomball area with her 2 beautiful children where she has lived for over 10 years. She has raised her children in these schools, and worked closely with residents throughout the Houston area, with an expertise in her Hometown Market. Ava graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate and has several years of Title Insurance and Closing experience.

She is mentored by one of the most successful RE/MAX Broker/Owners in all of America, Nimesh Patel, who owns and operates RE/MAX Fine Properties. She has partnered with him creating The Nimesh Patel Group, with seven agents, a listing coordinator and a marketing coordinator! The Nimesh Patel Group has won several prestigious awards, most recently being the coveted Chairman's Award given to only the Top agents and teams throughout the world. Nimesh has also recently received the RE/MAX of Texas Broker/Owner of the Year in 2014, just three years after receiving it prior in 2011!
