April Adams

April Adams has enjoyed 27 years in the real estate industry, making the American dream come true for those that didn't think it could happen. Her interest in real estate began in Irvine, California where she enjoyed working for a large title and escrow company. She also became interested in investing and flipping homes. April relocated to Texas 20 years ago and now specializes in resale, new construction and working with investors.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how April works.

April has found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to her clients needs. She effectively guides her clients through the real estate process from start to finish, eliminating the guesswork and hassles. From finding the perfect home to helping to secure a loan, April ensures her clients are satisfied every step of the way. Her love of real estate and dedication to customer service is reflected by the fact that 90 percent of her business comes from referrals or repeat customers.

This "client first" philosophy has always been April’s approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she has found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she has always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped her to extend the range of services she provides to her clients.

April attained her Texas real estate license with Champion School of Real Estate and continues to update her industry knowledge with training sessions and conferences. She is a member of Houston Association of Realtor, Texas Association of Realtor and National Association of Realtors.
