Whats the difference between Pending and Pending Continue to Show, what do the different colors mean.
Some of the properties that offers have been made on will show as Pending, some will say Pending Continue to Show. There are also different colors, what do the colors mean?

When a property has a contract that is beyond the Option Period, the Seller and Listing Broker decide if they want to continue showing the home to encourage back-up offers, if they do, the status becomes Pending Continue to Show. When the status shows Pending, the Seller has decided they do not want to coninue showing their home. I almost always use the status Pending Continue to Show as it is usually in my Sellers' best interest to encourage back-up offers.

Green is Active, Orange is Option Pending, yellow is Pending Continue to Show, and Red is Pending.
