Amanda Fox

Amanda is a native Houstonian with over 24 years of experience in Real Estate. She is President and Founder of Fox Properties which is a Commercial & Residential Brokerage Firm.

Since opening Fox Properties in 2002, Amanda has represented commercial clients in transactions with an aggregate value of more than $250 million dollars; and Landlord's and Tenant's with leasing transactions of over 1.5 million square feet.

On the residential side, Amanda has helped friends and family buy and sell homes throughout her career, but in 2020 she expanded her firm and officially started marketing herself as a residential broker. Since then, Amanda's portfolio of business has been rapidly growing with over $11 million dollars in home sales in the 17 months! While she specializes in the inner loop (River Oaks, West University, Tanglewood, Highland Village, & Memorial), she works with clients at all price points in neighborhoods all over Houston. She is known for her hard work, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients.

Amanda is an Episcopal High School alumni and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a major in Psychology and a minor in Art History. Amanda appreciates and collects art and enjoys traveling, playing tennis, pickleball, long bike rides and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.
