“I must first say that this review is long overdue. So, first, my apologies Alex. My husband and I started our waterfront retirement home search, October of 2020. At the time we started, the available inventory of waterfront homes from the Nassau Bay Area to the West End of Galveston very low. The first home we chose to look at one of Alex’s listings. We had an immediate connection with Alex, and we LOVED the home. However, after we got home we realized that as much as we loved it, it was not going to work. So began our journey with Alex. Between October, 2020 and March of 2121, she patiently showed us every single listing we sent, which was at LEAST 25, but probably more. She was ALWAYS available when we contacted her. She coordinated all showings so that we had plenty of time to look, and would could quickly make changes to the schedule if need be. Alex patiently spent time with us on the days when my husband and I would be disagreeing or getting discouraged. I cannot say enough about how professional, proficient, and informed she is. And if there was something we needed to know, she got the information immediately. We did finally find THE home we had been looking for in March/April of this year. Alex negotiated and navigated us through selling our home and buying this home … at the same time. No small feat, but it all happened and we closed in May! We were just blessed to have Alex as our agent. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is a true professional, and now, a friend. We love our new home!!
