Magda grew up in the Garden Oaks/Heights area and now lives in The Woodlands/Conroe area for the past 24 years. She brings a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. I can say with confidence that Montgomery, and in particular Lake Conroe, are fantastic places to live.  There has been a Baudat in this area for 6 generations and counting.  My great grandparents settled here in 1910, and my family is still proudly calling this area home.  To say the least, we have seen some changes.  In the last 20 years we have seen fantastic growth on Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas of Montgomery County. We have great school systems, shopping, and a great variety of sporting activities, including boating and golf.
