“I never imagined this property would sell. No sooner did Terry put it on the market than we had an interested buyer. Although that buyer backed out, not even a week went by and someone else was interested and the property and house sold. I had this house on the market with another realtor for a year with no offers, so I was very surprised! I live out state and Terry handled everything on my behalf concerning the house when I was unable to be there in person--every technical issue, paperwork issue, legal issue-- Terry and her staff were on top of it. I had ZERO worries! Even after the sale was over, she called to ensure I received everything I was meant to receive and to ask if there was anything I could think of which I might need. If I had another home to sell in the Houston area I would call Terry and I will recommend her to my family and friends in the area!”
