These clients were moving to Houston from out of state & unable to see any houses in person. We were able to utilize a video chat function on our phones to help preview houses in real time from 1000 miles away. They were able to instruct me to turn left, turn right, walk through that doorway, & really get a good feel for the layout within the home because of our use of technology. They were able to select a home so that when they arrived in Houston with moving trucks, a key was waiting for them.

Our buyers were moving from outside the Houston area and coming into town as often as possible to see homes. We eliminated quite a few neighborhoods before identifying our target area. Once we had that in our sights, it was simply a process of finding the right match. Finally, when the time came to close, we were able to have the husband sign on behalf of the couple while his wife was out of town for work. Great clients and new friends that I look forward to working with again in the future.

Tarl was a fantastic realtor. From my first meeting with him through closing I felt that he was always very clear with his expectations and advice. He was great guide through every step of the selling process from listing, to showings, to the actual sale. I found communication with him and his office to be easy and timely. I appreciated his ability to describe why we should list at the price we did, based on facts related to the market, and not just what I thought was best. I respected his ability to verbalize his strategy for listing and the research that backs up that strategy. Overall, I could not have asked for a better realtor experience, and will definitely utilize his services again if I move back to Texas!

This home was previously listed by 2 different real estate agents before we could offer our help. It was a unique situation that required special attention. The owner designed & built this home 40 years ago & raised a family in it. After getting a reverse mortgage, the loan eventually negatively amortized to a higher loan payoff than the market value. Over the next 15 months we were able to negotiate a short sale & get our client out of the home so it could be passed on to another great family.

Tarl was very knowledgeable about tends and numbers but fell dramatically short on customer service. My initial contact was during Thanksgiving Holiday and apparently Tarl only works 9-5 and not during weekends or holidays. That to me was his down fall. Along with holding a grudge because I did not use his lending people. I closed in record time (despite his negative comments about quicken loans) . He did not find me my house - I did. I purchased without seeing in person. Note- I just purchased again sight unseen - Cash Offer for property. He could have this sale but was not response to my needs ( call back on time... response to phone calls quickly) as a result he didn't believe that he needed me....Fine I purchase this and Coronada and I will be purchasing rentals...all without Tarl.
