My company, NeighborHOOD & Commercial REO Real Estate Services, LLC, based in Houston, Texas, has 16 years of experience providing REO broker listing and project property management services to leaders in the industry. We specialize in distressed, bank-owned property sales and asset management, but also offer traditional realty services. Our clients include investors, banks, finance companies, hedge funds, and private equity firms, as well as HUD. We have extensive experience in marketing luxury REO properties, commercial properties, property management, and 203K loans.

Our REO services include BPO/BOV reports, occupancy checks, evictions, re-keying, trash-outs, and property maintenance (such as repair estimates, coordinating rehabilitation projects, winterization, and REO listing). We also cover expenses for repairs, utilities, and maintenance until the property is sold, and keep clients updated on current legislation, city ordinances, and code violations. We work closely with clients to align real estate strategy with overall business objectives, leveraging our wide-ranging transactional experience to identify opportunities and manage risks.

We are HUD certified and hold accreditation from A-REO, Equator, RESNET, NAREB, and CDPE, as well as REO and Short Sale Certification. In addition to our professional pursuits, we are also active in our community, serving as leaders in the PTO and Boy Scouts of America.
