We sold our Houston home (which Bob helped us buy several years back) remotely, and Bob worked diligently to handle all issues on our behalf. He managed contractors, routinely kept an eye on the property, hired landscapers, resolved an issue with an adjacent landowner/builder, and proactively monitored comparable listings within the neighborhood. He is extremely communicative and updated us on every development. Even though market conditions were not ideal, our home sold quickly much to Bob's efforts. The only downside is that we likely won't work with Bob again since we moved out of state. He is in a league of his own! ”
