I have been a licensed realtor since December 2000. As of February 2021, I became a broker and now the broker/owner of S.M.A.A.R.T. Real Estate Brokerage LLC. Throughout my tenure as a realtor, I have serviced clients and customers with professionalism, honesty, courtesy, and respect. With every client, my task is to assist with achieving their real estate goal. I continuously strive to expand my knowledge and resources to assist my clients, by continuing to keep myself informed and educated with valuable information. I hold the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTOR, Institute), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist), and ISAC (International Sales Agent Certification). I am a member of the American Notary Association, National Notary Association, National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers (TAREB), Houston Black Real Estate Association (HBREA), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
