“The vast majority of our experience was very positive and we got a house at the end of it so I can't really complain. that being said, the criticism I could give is that all the houses we went to tour were ones we had found on sites like zillow and sent to the realtor saying that we wanted to see that one. I don't think we saw any house that the realtor suggested. So in that aspect it felt like we did most of the work. But as stated, everything else we so great!”
