Class Desc:	This course is designed for both new real estate professionals as well as experienced professionals who have not worked with the international real estate market. As the title of the course implies, the focus is on finding international real estate opportunities in the local markets with these types of buyers. The goals of this course are to help students develop a basic understanding of international real estate and how it affects them in their local market, and motivate them to learn more and participate in other courses about the international real estate market. After completing the course, students will be able to identify different types of investors, know why, where, and what foreign investors purchase in the United States, and prepare to interact with foreign investors. THERE WILL BE A NETWORKING RECEPTION TO FOLLOW.
