This course introduces real estate brokers and salespersons to property appraisal arbitration and provides an understanding of the rules and procedures of the property appraisal arbitration process and how to become certified by the state of Texas. With this additional training the realtor will be able to assist their clients by knowledge of the arbitration process related to disputed property assessments and they will be able to represent their clients in a property value arbitration hearing at the local appraisal district.
THERE IS 6 HOURS OF PRE-COURSE WORK INVOLVED WITH THIS COURSE; MATERIALS WILL BE RECEIVED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. *ONCE MATERIALS ARE RECEIVED NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED.
