Transnational Referral Certification Course
Class Desc:	The goal of this course is to prepare real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the Transnational Referral System developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) and integrate international referrals into their business plans. This course covers skills and procedures needed for making or receiving referrals via the ICREA Transnational Referral System including: finding a referral partner, agreeing on compensation, meeting customer service standards, using the arbitration process to resolve any compensation disputes and integrating international referrals into your business planning. There will be an International Networking Reception held after this class between 5pm-6:30pm. If you plan on attending please RSVP Lori Carper at lori@har.com.
