| Designated Realtor:- Meaning that you have a Broker’s license and you will be the
sponsoring Broker of the company. (Note: HAR only recognizes one Broker per company. Any other Broker Associates are considered Agents). |
| Realtor:- meaning that you have a Salesperson’s license and a Designated
Realtor/Broker is sponsoring you. |
| Salesperson:- Meaning that you have a Salesperson license and a Designated
Realtor/Broker who is a member here sponsors you, but you do not want to be a member of HAR. |
| Affiliate:- Meaning that you hold no type of Real Estate License. Whether it be
Broker/Agent, but you are affiliated in the Real Estate Industry. For example: Mortgage Companies, Title Companies, Inspectors, Insurance,
etc. |
| Additional Affiliate:– Meaning that you are joining under an Affiliate Office
that already exists. |
| Secondary Designated Realtor/Broker:- Meaning that you are already a member in good
standing at another Association and have paid State and National dues, but would also like to join our Association. |
| Secondary Realtor:- Meaning that you are already a member in good standing at
another Association and have paid State and National dues, but would also like to join our Association. |
| MLS Memberships |
| Participant Subscriber:- Meaning that you are
the Designated Realtor/Broker of the company and pays the Broker rate for
the MLS services. |
| Subscriber:- Meaning that you are an Agent under a company and
pays the Agent rate for MLS services. |
| Authorized Representative:- Meaning that you are an Agent who’s
Broker doesn’t need to access MLS services so the Broker allows you
to join MLS and pay at the Broker’s rate. Or, an Agent wants to specify
his own company name, address, and phones so the Broker let’s an
Agent open an Additional Office. The Agent will still pay the Broker rate. |
| Non-License Staff:– Someone that the Broker authorizes
to have MLS access. This person cannot have a Real Estate License. |
| MLS Offices: |
| Main Offices:- This is the Broker’s primary or only office. Example: Broker Code ABCD01. |
| Branch Offices:- Another office that has the same company name,
but specifies a different location. Example: ABCD02, ABCD03, etc. |
| Additional Offices:– Another
office that has a different company name from the primary office. This
office will received a whole new Broker Code. BCDE01. |
| Payment Schedule: |
| HAR:– Yearly
dues statements are sent via email where you can log on to www.har.com/dues
and pay by
check or credit card. Dues are due
on the December 1, 2007 for 2008. MLS:– The annual MLS billing is July – June. If set up on quarterly Bill or Debit they are due on the first of each quarter. (January, April, July and October) SUPRA:– Sends you 2 bills in the mail to your current office. One bill is for the SURPA Services and the other is for the optional Lost/Theft/Damage Insurance, if applicable. SUPRA is due on January 8th. (Note: SUPRA will accept a payment by phone. |
