The Falls at Imperial Oaks is a 1,516 acre master-planned community, directly east of the 4,000 home community of Imperial Oaks. Currently in Phase One of development, there are 336 lots in three sections – 50’, 60’, and 75’ wide x 120’ – 125’+ deep. Wooded Home sites are available. 2008 GHBA Developer of the year, Holcomb Properties, is the developer of both Imperial Oaks and The Falls at Imperial Oaks.

The master plan centers on the “Lake Club” Complex, which includes a luxurious clubhouse, fitness center, pools, and more. Next to the Lake Club is a new Conroe ISD Elementary School. A stunning entry into the neighborhood features a waterfall, lakes, and vibrant landscaping and is accented by lakes throughout the community and entries into each section.
