“Kevan was excellent. We first contacted Kevan when we were in London and were thinking of relocating to Houston. He took the time to inform us about the Houston real estate market and how the US real estate market operated. Once we arrived in Houston Kevan spent a number of days showing us rental properties and giving us a feel of the different areas. He even recommended restaurants in the areas we were thinking of living in. Once we found a place he help with the process of completing rental agreements which was made harder for us as we did not have credit ratings in the US. Kevan has also recommended how we can build our credit ratings to make it easier for when we want to buy a property in the future. We will definitely use Kevan for this process as well.
