I have been licensed in the State of Texas since 2004. My areas of expertise include Pearland, Friendswood, Manvel, Alvin & the Greater Southeast Houston area, including Clear Lake & Pasadena.
I have completed hundreds of hours of real estate courses focusing on various aspects of the business from buyer representation to appraisal to marketing. I have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer representing both buyers and sellers on resale homes and new home contruction.
As a real estate investor, I possess the knowledge to guide buyers through the purchase of a foreclosure and beyond.
I graduated with an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1994 and from Houston Baptist University with a master's degree in 1998. I am a Houston native and have always lived in the greater southeast Houston area.
