Sunshine, Time Change and Spring

I am so looking forward to Spring and sunshine. I have noticed that I am not the only one as once the sun is out, homeowners are in their yards pruning and sprucing. There is no doubt that an attractive lawn and FRONT DOOR are the first things that meet the eye of the buyer. If you are thinking of selling your home, make sure your front door is fresh, clean and not faded from the sun. Keep the front porches simple and not over crowded with pots and plants. Remember, our time change is March 8th.
