Woodland Heights-Recent Sales Prices
Woodland Heights is a premier part of the Heights and is extremely popular. It is popular because it has always been deed restricted and it is zoned to Travis Elementary.
There hasn't been much inventory lately so prices are a little difficult to summarize.
Little homes that are tear-downs or in need of remodeling sell in the $400's.
Nicely remodeled bungalows (the predominant style here) sell form $500K, up.
New homes are expensive because the land costs so much and subdividing lots is not allowed. Recent new Wodland Heights homes sold for $900K-$1.7M.
