Sue Johnson has been in the Real Estate business for over 50 years. Since 1998 she has been serving her clients needs on Galveston and Tiki Island specializing in coastal beach resort sales including beach front, beachside, dry land, canal and bay front homes, vacant lots and vacation investment properties.
Sue's extensive knowledge derives from her successful broker ownership of her own Real Estate business in the Dallas Metroplex area for 6 years. Sue's husband, Gary was relocated to the eastern suburb of Dallas: Rockwall, Texas. After relocating, Sue spearheaded a Relocation department at the largest firm in Rockwall, Barbara Hensley Realtors, where she perfected her practice for 16 years. When Gary decided to take early retirement from TU Electric, they decided to move to where their second home and favorite escape was located: Galveston Island. Sue's passion for Real Estate led her to Pirates Beach and Cove Realty on the west end of the island which later became Sand 'N Sea Properties. Sue's love for the island blossomed and her focus quickly became her beach home passion. She grew her business at Sand 'N Sea for 15 years and after a great deal of soul-searching, she went to Heritage Texas Properties in 2013, where she inevitability became one of the Top 2 Agents on Galveston Island. In 2019, Heritage Texas Properties merged with Better Homes and Gardens, Gary Greene. The brokerage remained the same top notch company they have always been and by joining forces, they are now the largest real estate company in the Greater Houston/Galveston Metroplex.
Sue prides herself on providing all of her clients her upmost respect and full attention throughout the search, negotiation and closing process. Her true core beliefs are helping everyone with their real estate needs, no matter the price of a property. Each client is treated like a multimillion-dollar client! By using trend-setting and innovative marketing plan, Sue uses both digital and traditional marketing styles to reach the masses.

Sue and Gary have four children, eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Her hobbies include interior decorating, gardening and traveling.

In 2018 he was awarded the Vic Pierson Award by the Galveston Chamber of Commerce and in 2017 the Chamber named him its "Community Hero" for his outstanding contribution to the community.In 2017, he was honored at a gala at the Sea Star Base which raised $50,000 for youth, adaptive and community sailing programs.A former president of the Galveston Association of REALTORS, Tom was named GAR REALTOR OF THE YEAR 2015 and served on the Texas Association of REALTORS Political Action committee as its regional representative in 2016. Locally, he is Former Chair of the Landmarks Commission for the City of Galveston and is a past President of the Galveston Historical Foundation. As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own.
