Managing Broker of Don Davis Luxe Realty Group, Dionelle (Don) Davis, is a Texas established Real Estate Broker and a substitute Real Estate Instructor at Champions Real Estate School. He has over 10 years experience as a full-time real estate professional in a plethora of multifaceted real estate transactions including new construction sales, commercial and residential land, residential re-sale, short-sales, real estate investments to name a few. His experience directly translates to helping hundreds of families from all over the world realize their homeownership goals to include corporate relocations from companies such as BASF, St. Lukes Hospital, Shell, KC Railroad, AT&T, Conoco Phillips, Ft Bend ISD, Texas Children and more. Gross sales volume for the group has exceeded over $10 Million in a fiscal year.
Throughout his real estate career, Don has trained and helped over 10 Texas Licensed Real Estate Agents embrace real estate as a full-time career, experience ranging from 6 Months to 35 Years. Two of these agents have successfully started their own real estate companies. Don has owned and managed a real estate company and has great appreciation for the work that it takes to be successful in the real estate industry.
Don Davis holds OICP Real Estate Investment Certification Designation from CNN Money’s Greg Rand and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. He is also a member of the HAR Fort Bend Political Affairs Advisory Group (which keeps him abreast of many political issues impacting real estate sales), the ILHM-Institute of Luxury Home Marketing Group (a group of the top luxury agents in the world), member of the Greater Houston Luxury Connection and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers – Houston Chapter.

A Texas native, Don is married to his beautiful wife, Air Force veteran Michele Davis and enjoys spending time with his children and serving at Lakewood church. Don is a devoted family man, committed business professional, visionary and national champion youth football head coach.
Michele earned her Bachelor’s in Management, Computer Information Systems and is the Operations Manager for Don Davis Luxe Realty Group. She first initiated her career as active duty in the military as an Executive Assistant and Information Systems Manager and possesses extensive experience in the customer service arena. She has garnered vast experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Help Desk Manager and Quality Assurance Officer throughout her professional career. She has constantly dealt directly with clients, making sure needs are met and problems resolved in a timely manner. She is a peacemaker.
Michele managed expenditures and closely tracked the office’s budget through the use of business software like MS Money. While active duty, she was the base focal point for various base activities and had to coordinate travel arrangements for personnel on numerous occasions. She worked for the highest enlisted ranking official on base and was the liaison between him and base populace. She managed the office for 3 years prior to her honorable separation from the US Air Force.
While employed with KCI in San Antonio, she improved the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) department’s bottom-line by saving contract money through the design of MS Visio floor plans and charts implemented during Hot-Site and Work Area Recovery exercises. She then returned to her first love, the military, as Civil Service for 10 years to later follow her dream in joining her husband, Don Davis, in the Real Estate arena as part of the Don Davis Luxe Realty Group.

Real Estate is not only a day-to-day job for me, its something I enjoy doing.
