She first launched her own real estate career in the title industry while still enrolled in college. Cari worked her way up to running her own branch, and she considers the knowledge she gained throughout her time as an escrow officer to be instrumental to her success as a sales agent. Having lived out-west most of my life (Alaska, California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah), I am no stranger to cultural diversity and extreme climate change. I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to find Texas! I moved to Brenham in March of 2017 where I absolutely fell in love with the warm weather and southern charm! Outside of family and career, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, hunting and fishing just to name a few of my hobbies. I began my real estate career in 2006 in Elko, Nevada and discovered my vocational passion. My Texas real estate portfolio includes Residential, Farm & Ranch, and Commercial properties in Washington and several surrounding counties. I firmly believe that although real estate is serious business, it doesn't have to be stressful and my ultimate goal goes far beyond just closing the deal. The greatest reward truly comes from making each transaction an enjoyable and stress-free experience for the buyers and sellers I serve. Cathy Cole’s clients benefit from over two decades of her experience buying and selling private residences and some of the region’s most spectacular farms and ranches. During that time, she has amassed a record of success that includes 16 Top Producer titles, and the South Central Texas Board of REALTORS® recognized Cathy as their first two-time “REALTOR® of the Year 1997 & 2005.” This year she was awarded the People’s Choice Award for Best Realtor and Heritage Texas Country Properties was awarded the same award for Best Real Estate Company. After living in Southern California, London, Italy, Africa, the Middle East and Houston, Cathy settled with her family in Brenham over thirty years ago. She understands the needs of clients who want to purchase a property on the other side of the Brazos River and those who are relocating to the other side of an ocean. A dedicated mother and grandmother, Cathy believes that strong communities begin at home.
