She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and the Matagorda Board of Realtors and she currently serves as the Board Secretary. Melinda grew up in the Bay City area most of her life. She is very diligent in helping with all aspects of the real estate transaction, seeing it from start to finish. She loves to fish and hunt in her spare time relaxing in the great outdoors.

Wes Sheets joined TopWater Real Estate in 2021 and has been a Real Estate broker since 2003. Wes graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and also has a Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. As a resident of the coastal waters of Matagorda County Wes is in tune with current market conditions in the area and what drives value for clients. He takes great pride in providing clients with candid feedback. Through professional marketing, use of the latest technology, and expert market knowledge he is able to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Prior to joining TopWater Wes focused on multi-family sales throughout the Midwest, Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
