Adjointing Formal Living (front right) and Dining Room (back right) with enlarged cased openings to the Familiy Room (front left) and Kitchen (back middle). To the left of Family Room and Kitchen is the Breakfast Room, Guest Bath and Laundry Area.
Family Room with windows looking out to covered patio and pool and large openings to Living Room (right) and Kitchen (rear). Prior to Harvey, there was a bar between the family room and kitchen, and a Kitchen island with plumbing and floor drain for a sink and ice maker. Owners will be filling in the sub-floor in the family room to make it easier for the next owner to rennovate. When the home was built, the 3" sub-floor was used foor woodend screeds for hard-wood foors.
Another view of the Breakfast Area (right) and Family Room. Look at that great view of the covered patio and pool! The rear wall of the Family Room, to the left of the stairs, would be a great spot for an entertainment center.
17x14 Kitchen space, has new PEX piping, new electrical, enlarged openings to Formal Dining Room and FAmily Room. Prior to Harvey the kitchen had an island with sink and ice maker - the plumbing/floor drain and electrical were a nice addition put in by current owner that should be helpful to the next owner's rennovation.
Laundry Room (left) and Half Bath (right). New PEX supply lines have been installed all throughout downstairs and new electrical is being installed now.
Photo shows new PEX plumbing pipes downstairs. The old galvanized supply pipes remain in the walls but is no longer connected.
This huge master was remodeled prior to Harvey with a 8'x17' addition, giving the owners a very spacious 24x17 master suite with raised ceilings and his & hers closets, and a huge master bath that's not shown and not in the 24x17 sqft.
This spacious master bath area resulted from a remodel and addition to the downstairs Master Bedroom. It sits between the extra downstairs bedroom and the Master and was plumbed for both a tub and separate shower.

Upstairs Gameroom - Note all of the recessed lighting and crown molding upstairs!
One of three upstairs bedrooms - they all have neutral paint & carpet, plantation shutters, recessed lighting and loads of closet space.
Bedroom 5 - Walls were expanded by the current owner and storage was built-in (cabinets on bottom left) to take advantage of space that previously part of the attic. There are several examples like this upstairs. This extra space has not been measured, is not part of the advertised square footage.
Bonus closet upstairs, not included in the square footage, added by the current Owner.
One of many examples upstairs were the Owner has expanded the closet upstairs closet space (see opening at rear) capturing space that was previously part of the attic.
Great opportunity to get in this neighborhood at a rock bottom price and remodel to your own taste. One of the largest homes in the subdivision, wtih beautiful pool, covered patio and a hard-to-find 5 bedroom floorplan featuring 2 bedrooms down, 3 bedrooms up and a gameroom. Remodeled prior to Harvey with an addition to the first floor master, large covered patio, enlarged openings between the living and family rooms, enlarged kitchen, expanded closets & storage space upstairs, and recent roof, windows, hardi-plank (2015), this home provides a much better starting point than some of the other Harvey damaged homes currently on the market. Great location, only a half-block walk to Terry Hershey Trail, Nottingham Elementary, Saint John Vianney. Home has been dried & remediated & passed a mold test. Owners will replace all downstairs electrical including recessed cans and breaker panel and have already replaced the old galvanied piping downstairs with PEX piping, some pool equipment.
