Tangela attended the University of Houston, where she studied Business Administration and Marketing. Throughout her professional career, she has managed numerous projects in the private and public sectors as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Her experience with managing projects and navigating complex relationships drives the platinum experience she provides for all of her clients. She has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management, and strategic planning for a number of projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all parties involved in a transaction. Tangela has worked with Federal, State, County, and City elected officials on public policy and community initiatives and brings a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through to the real estate profession. Being intentional about building relationships with clients, and more importantly, maintaining those relationships through consistent and effective communication, is a primary focus for her.

Tangela's ability to connect across a diverse audience allows her to facilitate a variety of transactions throughout the real estate industry. She stays current on New Home Construction and Real Estate Development projects in the area, and is passionate about helping first time buyers achieve the dream of home ownership. Often she works with clients who have specialized mobility needs to determine Universal Designs for their homes. When she is not serving her real estate clients, Tangela enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and traveling. Since 2005 she has partnered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association to support families affected by neuromuscular disease. She has sat on the board of multiple community organizations and currently serves as an advisory board member for The Greater Houston Partnership. For over 20 years, she has coordinated events and activities for various organizations and supports multiple initiatives to educate, elevate, and empower women entrepreneurs.
