DEBBIE FORREST

As a native Houstonian, Debbie Forrest has a passion for promoting the beauty and strengths of her hometown. After graduating from Mayde Creek High School in Katy, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from Belmont University. Since then Debbie has worked in the music industry in Nashville, Los Angeles, New York City, and finally back in Houston. Having worked with artists such as Sting and Ozzy Osborne all the way to small acts like Mindy Smith, Debbie is sure to be able to find common ground with any client (and be able to tell a few good stories while she’s at it). With a degree in marketing, and experience in promoting events and notable acts as large as Blue Collar Comedy Tour, she knows all the avenues to get your house exposed to the right people and sold!

Debbie recently accepted an invitation to join the David Young Team with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors. With an average of over $110 million per year in sales for the past five years, the David Young Team has been ranked in the top five teams every year since 2005 by the Houston Business Journal. Additionally, the team received a very prestigious national award sponsored annually by Lore Magazine and the Wall Street Journal, placing 45th in the nation in sales volume.

Debbie can help buyers and sellers in all of the central and western regions of the Greater Houston Area, and specializes in The Heights, Midtown, Rice Military, River Oaks, and West University.
