Lanie Brown is a Texan by marriage. A Kingwood resident since 2003, Lanie remembers discovering Kingwood when she and her husband were looking for a home in Houston’s northeast suburbs. “Every evening, we would drive through the neighborhoods looking at houses. I knew Kingwood was home the first time we drove through the area.”

Lanie closes over $1 million in home sales annually and is consistently recognized for outstanding leadership, integrity and work ethic. Always striving to improve her professional expertise and profile, she holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations.
