My name is Val Harris and my wife of over 26 years is Denise Harris. We are both originally from Chicago, but relocated with our two sons Val Jr (19) and Rafael Harris (15) to Houston, Texas in April of 1994. Our sons have been home schooled now for seven years. Val Jr attends Baker College online and Rafael also attends High school online. In addition my wife Denise is in her final year in completion of her PhD at Capella University.

We provide solutions for homeowners that need to sell their property through Short Sale. In addition we assist buyers looking to purchase or invest in short sale properties.
Our Goal is to assist homeowners that are confronted with complex issues, such as upside down mortgages, pre-foreclosure, short sales, loan modifications & foreclosure.

According to media reports, there is going to be a huge wave of increasing foreclosures and short sales, and some say this wave will not began to decrease until the year of 2013.

The next 24 to 36 months are going to become very devastating times for many homeowners, which is why we want to show homeowners that there are options other than going into foreclosure, destroying their credit, and losing their dignity.

There is light at the end of the tunnel and we want to help homeowners recover. This is also why it is so critical for Real Estate Agents to learn how to master the short sale process, learn how to process loan modifications and educate homeowners on the process; as well as understand how to proceed with lenders when processing short sales and loan modifications.
Before you get involved with short sales or Modifications, its important that you get acquainted with all the requirements necessary to process a lender short sale or loan modification. If you are a listing agent processing a short sale; make sure you educate the selling agent on the process and what to expect. If you are the selling agent (buyer's agent) then make sure your buyers understand the process and ALSO the time required (90-120 days) to complete a short sale!
