After living in Japan for 14 years, my family of four moved back to Houston, TX in the summer of 2007. I immediately obtained my real estate license and began serving clients full time, working under a nationally recognized brokerage firm. Over the course of two years, I enjoyed helping clients in nearly $10 million worth of transactions, both residential and commercial. In December 2009, I obtained my broker's license and the following month opened my own boutique brokerage, naming it Annoura Realty Group LLC. I specialize in helping international buyers purchase, lease, and sell properties in Houston and all over Texas.

I continuously challenge myself to always be on the leading edge of technology and education and have obtained several designations recognized by the National Association of Realtors including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and the prestigious CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). I am also a certified SMP (Social Media Pro), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), and have my TRC (Transnational Referral Certification). In 2009, I was selected to participate in the intensive yearlong Texas Realtors Leadership Program alongside 21 other talented and successful Houston realtors. I currently serve on the 2011 HAR International Advisory Group as well as the 2011 NRG Advisory Group (Realtors Under 40). In 2010, I was awarded the Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award.

Both of my parents worked for NASA, so I grew up in the Clear Lake area of Houston. After graduating from Clear Lake High School, I attended Baylor University for my undergraduate studies, graduating Cum Laude with a B.A. Business degree. My junior year at Baylor, I ended up in Fukuoka, Japan on a scholarship exchange to Seinan Gakuin Daigaku. Then, in 1994, I married a Japanese professional KEIRIN racer (cyclist) and moved to Fukuoka permanently! Of the 14 years I lived in Japan, I worked as a radio personality for 9 years on Love FM 76.1, hosting 6 different programs, and doing voice commercials for both radio and tv. I also obtained my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Technology from Temple University Japan, and enjoyed teaching English communication at several universities and corporations.
