Reduced Sales Fees:

We represent sellers in the marketing of their real property for 4.5% rather than the traditional 6% sales fee. (A co-operating broker receives a 3% commission.)

Additionally, if John Byerly Properties is the selling broker as well as the listing broker, then the sales fee is further reduced to 3.5%.
