This area includes Clear Lake, League City, Bay Cliff, Webster, Seabrook, Kemah, Nassau Bay, Friendswood, Pearland, Alvin and Sagemont. I will keep you informed every step of the way. I will negotiate on your behalf (price, repairs & final details). BUYERS, $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers. This also applies to anyone who has not owned a home within the last 3 years. I will explain financing alternatives and direct you to the best possible financing available. I will arrange with your lender to provide a pre-qualification letter so you will be sure financing is available for the home you want to purchase. I will explain and write your offer to purchase and negotiate for the best price available. I will provide a good faith estimate of all usual costs associated with your purchase before you make a commitment.
