Born in Caracas, Venezuela and obtained a Degree in Economics and Trade in Rome University, Italy with post-graduate studies in Economics and Social Studies in the International Graduate Institute of Stockholm University, Sweden. He spent more than 20 years as Venezuelan diplomat in Brazil, Colombia, United States, Canada, Germany, and as Venezuelan Ambassador to Egypt, all of which have provided him with a good expertise in diplomatic, trade and economic negotiations. He have also served as Trade Policy Director with the Institute of Foreign Trade, and Petroleum Advisor to the Minister of Finance in Venezuela, and as Director of Cordecom, a private trading company. Now in Houston, as Realtor with Brooks Ballard Century 21, he have the knowledge and the contacts useful to help his clients negotiate in the best conditions for the sale or purchase of properties here in the United States or abroad. Languages: fluent in Italian and Spanish, working knowledge of Portuguese.
