Bill and Danielle Gottfried are Directors of GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES representing clients in Houston, the Texas Hill Country, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Belize, Costa Rica, France, Spain, Greece, Russia, and the Arabian Gulf. The GOTTFRIED Team has generated over $1 billion (U.S.) in property listings since 2006, including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, resort, and land development properties in the U.S. and in international markets. In addition, the GOTTFRIED Team represents international clients investing in real estate in Texas.

Bill earned a B.S. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma, a M.B.A. in International Business (Economies of Eastern Europe) from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and regularly attends Executive Ed. at Harvard Business School. He was commissioned a U.S. Naval Officer following graduation from Officer Candidate School, Newport, R.I., and he began his career as a U.S. Navy Supply Officer in Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Yemen.

Bill is the 2012 Vice Chairman of the International Committee of the Texas Association of REALTORS, he is a Member of the Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR) International Advisory Group, a Member of HAR's Technology Advisory Group, and a Member of AMPI in Mexico, his Family has lived in Mexico since 1910 during the time of the Mexican Revolution.

Bill served on the Board of Directors of HAR and the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) from 2008-2011 and he has served on TAR's International Committee since 2007. Bill has been a Member of the U.S.-Russia Business Council and the Bahrain-America Friendship Society, both organizations based in Washington, D.C. supporting U.S. commercial development, including real estate investment, with Russia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, respectively.

Danielle Gottfried is a Certified Short Sale Negotiator, a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and has been a real estate investor for 30 years.

Bill and Danielle are Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certified (TRC), Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE), and are members of The Institute For Luxury Home Marketing.

Bill is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), GHBA's Green Built Gulf Coast Program, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders; Bill has been recognized as a GHBA "Newsmaker of the Week" for his support of the builder and developer community.

Texas Hill Country Cottages, a division of GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES, supports real estate investment in the Texas Hill Country, we work with land developers and builders who design Hill Country residences meeting our clients' requirements.

Bill and Danielle Gottfried hold the record for the highest priced property listed on the Houston Association of REALTORS MLS, a $25 million luxury villa located in St-Jean Cap Ferrat on the Cote d'Azur in France.

Bill is the President/CEO/Founder of GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL, Inc., a management consulting, project development, and executive search firm active in oil and gas, petroleum marketing, biofuels, agribusiness, biotechnology, commercial space technology, and real estate development.
