He is an Eagle Scout; holds a B.S. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma; a M.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.; attends Executive Education at Harvard Business School and Rice University; is a Member of the Financial Times of London's "Who's Who In World Oil & Gas"; and formed the Energy Committee of the U.S.-Russia Business Council in Washington, D.C. Real estate investor for over 30 years.
