Bill is a Partner with GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES along with his wife Danielle Anne-Marie and possesses over 35 years of international business and financial management experience; Bill began his career in the Arabian-Persian Gulf as a U.S. Navy Supply and Executive Officer in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iran, and Yemen responsible for 200,000 b/d in petroleum inspection and tanker scheduling. Bill is an Eagle Scout; holds a B.S. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma; a M.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.; and attends Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School and Rice University; he is a Member of the Financial Times of London's "Who's Who In World Oil & Gas"; he formed the Energy Committee of the U.S.-Russia Business Council in Washington, D.C. Bill has been a real estate investor for over 30 years.

Bill serves as a Member of the Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR) Board of Directors and the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) Board of Directors. He is a Partner with the GOTTFRIED INTERNATIONAL ESTATES Team of Keller Williams Realty representing real estate clients in the U.S., Mexico, Spain, France, Monaco, the U.K., and the Middle East. Bill is a Member of AMPI in Mexico, the International Committee of TAR, the International Council Advisory Group of HAR, and the Technology Committee of HAR. He is active with National Association of REALTORS and is a Member of The Institute For Luxury Home Marketing.

Bill and his wife Danielle Anne-Marie are Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certified (TRC), and Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE). They are Members of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) and have been members of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Bill is dual Nationality, American-Mexican, his Ancestors having moved to Mexico City from Lima, Peru in 1910; Bill and his Family are active in Mexico's real estate industry.
