JULIE BRANN

Julie Brann is a native Houstonian who has lived in the Memorial area for many years. With 2 children currently attending Spring Branch ISD schools, she has developed an extensive knowledge of the Memorial area neighborhoods and surrounding schools. Julie prides herself on delivering a high level of personal service to her clients. She realizes that choosing a home is one of the most important and personal decisions a client can make, and her goal is always to match a buyer with the perfect home. Julie’s previous sales forecasting and product pricing experience greatly enhance her ability to sell homes. She is an attentive listener and sharp negotiator, traits which enable her to achieve the best results for her clients.
