My successful real estate career is enhanced by working in the retail jewelry business for 20 years. So much of selling is CUSTOMER SERVICE and I strive to exceed clients' expectations. I represent both buyers and sellers in the Montgomery County area which includes lakeside communities like Walden on Lake Conroe, April Sound, and Bentwater. I am a Walden resident so, quite naturally, I have acquired more knowledge about my neighborhood. If you're not a "water" person, the land surrounding Montgomery County is a great alternative for your next home. Large, comfortable homes situated on large lots are ready for immediate occupancy. There is something for everyone here! I don't "specialize" in one type of home. My past sales include lots sold for $25,000.00 and single family homes sold in excess of $1,500,000.00. No sale is too small!
