This attitude won him the “Most Spirited” award at John Daugherty, Realtors. Charlie ranked in the top 15 out of 120 agents in 2006 & 2007 & 2008 earning him the prestigious “Top Producer” standing. In 2008 Charlie was named ‘Realtor of the Week” by the Houston Chronicle.

Having spent 14 years buying, remodeling and selling homes in the Houston area, he offers insightful knowledge based on first hand experience. He has a keen eye for detail which is a useful tool in assisting sellers in preparation for the critical ‘first impression’ when their home hits the market. A third generation Houstonian, Charlie grew up in the home that his grandfather built in River Oaks. Aside from his passion for real estate his love of Houston, Charlie enjoys golf and attending any college sporting event. Charlie is married with a 20 year old daughter at the University of Texas, a 5 year old boy and a baby girl named Ruby, born March 25, 2008.
