Marcia has assisted buyers and sellers in the inner-Loop, West U, Galleria, Briarcroft, Spring Valley, and Memorial areas as well as Spring and Shadow Creek Ranch. She has a particular expertise in the inner-Loop high rise, patio home and townhouse residential market. Marcia is bi-lingual and enjoys working with international buyers from Mexico and Central and South America.

An inner-Loop high-rise resident, Marcia is an active supporter of community organizations. She is a member of the Intown Chamber of Commerce and the Latin Women’s Initiative.

Marcia enjoys interior design and remodeling, cooking, entertaining, daily exercise, and tending to her plants. She is the proud mother of three adult children, a son and twin daughter and son.
