CAROLYN JOHNSTON

“Real estate is my 'home'!” says Carolyn Johnston. This native Houstonian was born and raised near downtown and settled in Bear Creek in 1991. Carolyn is very knowledgeable about her city, and though her market focus is on Katy, the Energy Corridor, and Northwest Houston, Carolyn says, “I am not afraid to conquer new areas.” It’s this determination and dedication to her career that has made her such a success!

A “people person” with an attention to detail, Carolyn prides herself on being a customer service driven Realtor. She obtained her Quality Service Certification Designation in 2006. Committed and diligent, she is always willing to travel the extra mile for her clients. Carolyn is caring, honest, ethical and, most important, available. She utilizes her strong commitment to communication and excellent service as a foundation for solid relationships with her clients. She puts her clients first and makes sure they are comfortable with every part of the transaction. It's no wonder that she was awarded the "Rising Star" award in her first year of real estate and has since become a consistent Top Producer at the Heritage Texas Properties West Office.

Prior to establishing herself as a Realtor, Carolyn spent 12 ½ years in the banking industry, working with both residential and commercial lending. Her experience gave her extensive insight into the financial considerations in real estate transactions. A background in IT software training and customer service has also proved invaluable.

Married for 21 years, Carolyn is the proud mother of a daughter, Marissa and a son, Cameron. She is an active Junior Achievement volunteer and KISD volunteer. When she’s not spending time with her family, Carolyn enjoys reading, scrapbooking and visiting with friends.
