With an annual average of 20 transactions buying, selling, and leasing properties dating from the turn of the 20th century, I have the experience needed to evaluate the property involved and determine the right pricing. I have been active in the restoration of my own Victorian era houses, and have been actively involved in laying the groundwork for the formation of the new San Jacinto Historical Conservation District. I am a member of the Galveston Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors and Vice Chair of the City of Galveston Arts and Historic Advisory Committee. I am a two time past Chairman of the Galveston Historical Foundation Events Committee, a past Chairman of the ad hoc Galveston Affordable Housing Committee, and a former Board member of the San Jacinto Neighborhood Association.
