DAVID MICHAEL YOUNG

Born in Houston in 1962, I graduated from Memorial HS in 1980 and received a BA in Finance from UT-Austin in 1984. I moved to California and cultivated a diverse career path, including 2 yrs in residential mortgage brokerage, 8 yrs in international trade management & 6 years in enterprise software sales. Returning to Houston in 2001, I obtained my RE License and joined my father, David H. Young, in residential sales with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors. My father has been recognized as the #1 or #2 agent (sales volume) in Houston since 2000. In January 2005, we started the David Young Team, combining top producing agents and experienced assistants to provide the highest quality service for our clients. My individual production since 2005 has exceeded $10 million/year, while our team sales have exceeded $100 million/year.
