ERIK FOWLER

Erik Fowler is a Certified Negotiation Expert and has ten years of real estate experience in urban Houston, including several years as a top producer at Greenwood King Properties. He was recently named a “Five Star Real Estate Agent” in Texas Monthly Magazine, an award received by less than 7% of Texas professionals. Mr. Fowler works with buyers and sellers all over the City, though he focuses on inner-loop residential neighborhoods such as the Houston Heights, Montrose/Midtown and the Rice/Medical Center areas. Mr. Fowler is a veteran of the armed forces, and is a member in good standing of the Houston, Texas and National Associations of Realtors®.
