A real estate agent for over two decades, Nancy Grayson has been a consistent Top Producer in the 1960/Champions area for years. As a Champion Forest resident Nancy is very involved in her community. She is a strong supporter of the American Heart Association and was honored by them in 2006. She also supports the Champion Forest Women’s Club, Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Pearl Museum of Fine Arts, and Women’s Business Forum. Nancy holds an undergraduate and a master’s degree from West Virginia University.

In 2001, David Patton, Nancy’s son, joined her as an agent at Heritage Texas Properties. David, a graduate of Texas A&M class of ‘97, has since obtained his broker’s license. Each year since David joined Nancy, the Grayson-Patton Team has been distinguished as one of Heritage Texas Properties’ “Top Producing” teams. David has also protected our community’s property and lives for over 15 years as a Klein Volunteer Firefighter. In addition he is a Vice Chairman of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Summer Patton, David’s wife, joined the Grayson-Patton Team as a real estate agent in 2007. With her successful background in marketing, sales and the real estate title industry she is a dynamic asset to the team. Also a graduate of Texas A&M class of ‘00, Summer is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association, Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, and the Centrum Arts League. David and Summer are residents of Gleannloch Farms. This family has committed to being full-time real estate agents serving their clients by getting results. They continue to perform as top producers every year doing just that.
