When acting as a buyer's agent, I will help you each step of the way, from getting pre-qualified to the closing table. When we begin your home search, I will help you to narrow down the search to a particular area and show you any homes, either new or resale, that interest you. I can then provide you with area information (i.e. schools, taxes, etc) to aid you in your decision. Once you decide on a house, I will negotiate on your behalf and then guide you through closing.

When working as a listing agent for sellers, I will do my best to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible on you and your family. I promise to work hard to get you the best price possible in the current market, in the least amount of time. I will also negotiate on your behalf when an offer is received and guide you through the closing process.
