Experienced in relocation, Philip is knowledgeable about the many outlying planned communities for which Houston is so well known such as Katy, Sugar Land, Greatwood, New Territory and Sienna Plantation.

Philip is active both in the resale market and new construction, representing builders, buyers, and sellers. A graduate of National University in Taiwan, Philip received post-graduate degrees in Biochemistry from Mississippi State and Business School from University of Texas at Austin (Prior to his real estate career, Philip was a medical research scientist in molecular biology with Bayer Pharmaceutical Company and Baylor College of Medicine, and a marketing director of SP & GT International, Inc.) He has been married to his college sweetheart for 30+ years and is the father of two daughters, ranging in age from high school to his oldest, a full-time graduate student of Fuller Seminary University with her husband. Philip has been actively involving in local community service; he has served on the board of director of Asian American Real Estate Association, and East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry, and had served on the board of Houston Light-Salt Association, and in the council of several community churches.
