Why I Sell Real Estate? I Mildred Hardeman believe that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between client and agent. How did I establish such relationships? By listening, paying attention to my clients’ wants and needs, and employing one of my strongest virtues: Patience. Understanding that most buyers start their research online, I position all my clients listings online for maximum exposure. It's not enough to add a sign outside, add the property to the MLS and wait. I use multiple methods of online advertising for my listings, and connects clients using Twitter and Facebook, at the same time growing my real estate social media.You can expect a bi-monthly update of your homes marketing and showings, and a clear and refreshing honesty about what your expectations should be. As a Buyer’s Agent, I thrive on helping buyers find homes that will bring them long-term happiness. So while others might push buyers to make a choice so they can move on to the next client, I urge them to think it through before making a decision. I’m also willing to discourage a choice if I sees trouble ahead. Years of experience in rehabbing homes gives my knowledge about issues that could affect my clients’ welfare in the future - and I gladly points these out along with the reasons why a home would or would not work to fulfill their dreams. I see this cautionary care and lack of pressure as the right way to treat clients. My clients see it as extraordinary.
