Having earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a Project Engineer for Brown & Root before becoming a Realtor®, Martha is particularly knowledgeable about construction and home remodeling.

A native Houstonian, Martha is well-informed and enthusiastic about the greater Houston Metropolitan area and all it has to offer! She is extremely knowledgable about markets in the Memorial Villages, Spring Valley, Galleria, Tanglewood, West University, Wilchester and Wilchester West, Nottingham & Nottingham Forest, Yorkshire,West Houston, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Copperfield, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Houston’s Midtown area.

Married for more than 30 years to her High School sweetheart , she has three adult age children: a LSU graduate, an UT @ Austin graduate, and a Texas Tech student. Martha and is an active member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, The Texas Exes, The Junior League of Houston, The Museum of Natural Science., Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and Wilchester Women's Club. In addition, she actively volunteers with Cancare, Junior Diabetes Foundation Research, Camp For All., Spring Branch Sports Association , Stratford Booster Club, and Spartananire Booster Club.
