Martha White’s cheerful approach to life and work, combined with her professional “can do” attitude and high energy level, has ensured her career success in real estate. There is no job is too large or too small to warrant 100% of her attention, and her greatest satisfaction is helping clients fulfill the American dream of home ownership.

A Heritage Texas Properties Star Achiever and consistent Memorial Office Top Producer, Martha was recognized as one of Heritage’s Company-Wide Top Producers for 2011, a significant achievement given that the company is home to more than 300 sales associates in thirteen offices.

Computer savvy with good communication skills, Martha is an attentive listener who works well with fellow agents and efficiently follows up on even the smallest details. Martha is not afraid to “dig in” to assure client satisfaction. She points out that it is easy to write a contract but takes great effort to negotiate favorable terms, iron out disagreements, and bring a sale or purchase to a successful closing.

Having earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a Project Engineer for Brown & Root before becoming a Realtor®, Martha is particularly knowledgeable about construction, home remodeling, and envisioning the future possibilities and potential in a home.

A second generation Houstonian, Martha is well-informed about markets in Memorial Villages, Spring Valley, Galleria, Tanglewood, West University, Wilchester and Wilchester West, Nottingham, Yorkshire, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Copperfield, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Houston’s Midtown area.

Married to her high school sweetheart for more than 30 years, she has three children, and is an active volunteer with SBISD schools, The Junior League of Houston, the Brookwood Community, Boys & Girls Country, and The Museum of Natural Science. In addition she is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority and Wilchester Women’s Club and volunteers with Cancare, Junior Diabetes Foundation Research, and Camp For All.
