Paul was awarded the 2008 National Award for Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year, the 2006 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year, and was one of four finalists for the 2006 & 2007 Texas Star Awards for Marketing Professional of the Year.

During his career, Paul has been a Listing Broker for high-end builders, New Home Sales Counselor, New Home Construction Manager, Marketing Director and Sales Manager. In addition to his job duties, Paul has shown his dedication to the real estate community by serving on many boards of directors of various organizations. He is committed to the idea that anyone who wants to be successful must support their industry.

Not only does this service to the industry enhance his professional life, but it empowers him to be a part of leadership and change. In this connection, he has previously served on the Houston Association of Realtors MLS Advisory Group, Builder Broker Task Force, co-chair of the NextGen Realtor Group and the Board of Directors of GHBA Sales and Marketing Council, and in 2003 was named Custom Builder Council Member of the Year.

A native Houstonian, Paul shows and sells throughout the city he loves from Pearland to Katy, and Friendswood to Sugar Land. He and his wife, Donna, a preschool teacher, have one daughter, Meira, and an adopted rescue greyhound named Tango.
